The girls wrote letters to Santa today. They may ask for one item and can't change their minds. Rachel has been talking about a guitar for a long time. Santa already bought one, but it is a pink Little Mermaid guitar. Santa didn't realize she wanted a "real" guitar. Santa will find another guitar that looks real, but is still a toy. Remember when Kaci asked for a guitar? Does she ever play it?
Santa is glad that Erin Joy wants a pink ball. That is a reasonable request. Erin Joy has a purple ball that she has been sleeping with. She plays with it like it is a doll...talking to it, feeding it, and so forth.
In case you can't tell from the artwork, Erin Joy drew Santa, but I turned the paper sideways to write the letter. Rachel drew Santa with two reindeer (one is Rudolph). She didn't want to draw any more reindeer.

I am impressed how well Rachel is writing, Stace! and she spelled all the words correctly. most impressive :)
I wrote it on another piece of paper and she copied. We cheated!
